Meet the Physiotherapy Staff

On your first day you get to meet the centers Physiotherapy Staff and quickly realize that the Physiotherapy Department is VERY understaffed. 

Meet Sophie, the only Physiotherapy Technician on site fro 187 residents. Because the center does not have a Physiotherapist or Ocupational Therapist, Sophie is often tasked with taking care of settign the patients up in their rooms, assessing their equipment needs, evaluating then for the walking program, and is mandated to only treat residents that are injured on site. 

She is lucky to have two PAB's on her team that she has specially trained to help her with rehab needs. 

Sophie is very welcoming and happy to have us join her so that we could help with the rehabilitation needs of the center.
